As part of a reorganization strategy, IMD Companies, Inc. has changed its name to Optimum Mobile Imaging, Corp. effective Monday January 23, 2012.
"In a move to position assets where they will serve the company best, we have changed the company name of ICBU to Optimum Mobile Imaging, Corp. We feel that this move will be the first of many in our new strategy for the coming year," said Saeb Jannoun, CEO.
As the next step in the continued execution of our repositioning strategy, Optimum Mobile Imaging Corp (ICBU) has renamed Positive Solutions Centers LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary, iMD Companies, Inc. The appropriate documents were filed with the State of Florida effective January 24, 2012. The new corporation has authorized 100,000,0000 (One Hundred Million) shares of common stock.
"In keeping with our plans for this year, certain changes are being made in order to capitalize on significant new business opportunities, which we look forward to sharing more about in the coming weeks," said Saeb Jannoun, CEO of Optimum Mobile Imaging Corporation.
